Food Journal #1

I know the only way NOT to feel guilty is to keep a food journal! So, from here on out...I'm gonna keep this little thing going to keep myself accountable.
So here goes. DAY

Meal 1 - Protein bar, Banana & 4 cups of coffee (black w/ no sugar) 
Meal 2 - (2) 4oz chicken breasts & Lettuce 
Meal 3 - Turkey on 1 slice of bread
Meal 4 - 1 cup of almonds & Banana 
Meal 5 - Boiled Egg & Apple 


There you go. 
day 1 complete. w/ a light workout.
