  1. after a while you'll c it'll b nothing. You should def. try interval training. Break up your cardio time. I know you said you're doing weight training but if you're trying to lose weight, don't do alot of weight training. Don't stop doing it but don't make it a big part of your training. Spinning bike is the the best for quads. Feel the burn!

Lastly, sign up for a 5k. Great motivator. You'll get hooked. It only took less than a month for me to train for that. (Plus running is a great escape).

  2. Hey There!

Wow, I don't know if you've been reading my blogs or not. haha, i didn't think anyone really did! :X
I pretty much am doing the same circuit type training for a couple weeks now.
45 mins on the stationary bike (High intensity/Resistance)
    30 mins on the elyptical
25 mins on the stair master
and about 30-45 minutes of low weight/high rep weight lifting.

I can't really run anymore because i have foot problems! :(
But I'm definitely working my way up to strengthening my foot. I use to train for marathons, actually got to 11 miles at one point.
But i guess right now, it's all about getting healthy again.

THANK YOU so much for your advice and input.
I'm definitely taking all the advice I can get :)
I guess keep reading and hope all is well.
    much love.
